Premium Tutoring – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Cancellation
A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to cancel ongoing tutoring sessions.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, 24 hours’ notice must be provided for a make-up session to be arranged.
Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Make-up sessions are offered only when 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Make-up sessions are subject to tutor availability.
To ensure smooth and effective online learning, all students must have:
A laptop or desktop computer (not just a phone or tablet)
Reliable, high-speed internet
Headphones or a quiet, distraction-free learning environment
Access to necessary accounts or learning platforms as directed by tutors
4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Ensure students are logged in and ready at the scheduled start time.
Ensure the learning environment is quiet and appropriate for online sessions.
Supervise where necessary for younger learners.
5. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors will provide engaging, high-quality online lessons delivered by qualified and experienced teachers.
Tutors will communicate concerns or progress updates with parents as needed.
Tutors will provide replacement materials or tasks if a technical issue occurs on their end.
If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on the family’s side (internet dropout, device failure, etc.), the session may not be able to be rescheduled.
If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our side, a make-up session will be arranged at no cost.
Payment terms, invoicing periods and due dates will be clearly communicated before the first session.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of sessions until payment is resolved.
Refunds are not provided for:
Missed sessions without notice
Sessions impacted by technical issues on the client’s side
All sessions are conducted online.
Premium Tutoring will not record sessions unless written consent is provided.
Student information will remain private and used solely for educational purposes.
Premium Tutoring is not responsible for:
Technical issues arising from the student’s device, internet, or home environment
Interruptions or lack of progress resulting from inconsistent attendance
Hardware, software, or internet expenses required for online learning
Outcomes affected by lack of study outside of tutoring sessions
Premium Tutoring reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Families will be notified of significant changes.
